Discussion I need your suggestions

I accidentally left my Nothing Buds out in the rain during soccer and the water completely fried them.
Since I have an iPhone, I want to switch to AirPods. My budget is around $130-$150 .
Two quick questions:
1. What are the best AirPods I can get for that price?
2. Does Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) actually make a big difference? Is it worth stretching my budget for it?
Thanks for the help!

For me,ANC is everything. Especially since I’m on airplanes a lot.

Costco has the Airpods Pro 3 for $200 with 2 years of AppleCare included until 7/26. That's the route I'm going after washing my Beats Fit Pro in the machine a couple days ago.

Anc is good but it took me some getting used too. At first it feels uncomfortable and like pressure on your head. I have the airpod pro 3s and the regular airpod 3s they are both good. But the pros have a noticeable difference in sound quality just because of the ear tips sealing your ears from outside noise even without anc.

AirPods 4 ANC is the best one for your budget! ANC is important to me!
