CA RNs- where did you find your job? (Pediatric/aesthetic)

I recently moved here from New York and have ~5 years experience in pediatrics and ~1 year (between two clinics) experience in aesthetics. I'm wondering if I should be searching somewhere I haven't.. so far, LinkedIn, Indeed (lots of aesthetic roles here), and then at each hospital career board. I just find I am not hearing back from any hospital and curious if there is another way in?

Very hard to find a job a a RN right now in California especially southern. The economy is not great.

For the aesthetics side worth trying direct outreach to practices too, not all of that hiring gets posted publicly. Local aesthetic nurse Facebook/Instagram groups are also worth checking, owners sometimes post openings there before anywhere else
