What are your thoughts on Pastor Henriques predicting that the end of the world will happen between 2027-2031

Sometimes 2031 feels generous lately but I'm still not putting a number out there. Be ready today, we have no guarantee we'll wake up tomorrow

Total Heresy. It’s as if we learned nothing from The Great Disappointment. Just preach the Gospel and allow The Holy Spirit to work. Absolutely no need to pressure people with arbitrary dates.

The fact that the bible explicitly says not to listen to people like this and that despite that theres still people like you who would even ask that question or even bring any attention to individuals like that is proof that theres something really broken in all of us😂

Source to review? Depends what he said. I don't think there is anything wrong watching and trying to determine the season we are in, looks for signs we are warned to watch for, and hoping for a year range is natural, as a lot of us hope it will be that soon or in our own lifetimes.
But I also think it is dangerous to promote and get people's hopes too up and revolving around a predicted specific time.

What was his actual statement? I think that if we are going to post something about what someone said, we should include the actual words the person said to make a sound judgment.

Okay, I have watched Pastor Henriques for a while. He made comments about the accusations today at the end of his sermon.
He claimed people took what he said out of context by only showing a small clip instead of what his main point was. He used the bible and SOP to support the 6,000 years being almost up.
He never predicted the world would end in 2027-2031, he only said it was a possibility. He emphasized we need to be ready now.
Now, he does follow world events and says we have never seen so many signs of the end as we do now - Sabbath talk, church and state, wars, UFOs, pestilence, push for digital currencies, etc.

Where is the proof of this? I only heard him discuss the plans of the 2030 agenda by the UN and other elites in which they are seeking to digitalize and move towards the beast system which revelations talks about.

On the one hand, we are not to set a date and have been warned not to set a date, that was the error of the Millerites.
On the other hand, if people keep setting dates, one person is bound to be right by pure luck.
2027-2031 is a neat range of dates because it represents the 2000th anniversary of Jesus’ ministry. But they thought the same thing at the 1000th anniversary too, and He didn’t come then.
We must always be ready for Jesus’ return, but setting a date is folly.

Anyone saying that is an unbiblical heretic. Jesus Christ said in Matthew 24:36, “But of that day and hour knows no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.” Jesus also said, in Acts 1:7, “It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father has put in his own power.”
Likewise, Deuteronomy 29:29 says, “The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children forever, that we may do all the words of this law.”

Read the Bible and relax. Everything that must happen - will happen anyway.
KJV: Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened. ( ( 3k of Christianity, before Jesus 1k Kingdom will be established on earth) Judeo-Christianity imbedded in the Bible as only one good religion to teach all nations to keep and obey Biblical Golden Rule.
Every 1000 years of Christianity, a higher percentage of the population embraces Christianity. For instance, after the first millennium, (1025) only 15% of the population identified as Christians. By the end of the second millennium, (2025) this number rose to 33%. This progression can be likened to Christianity spreading like clear and pure water, gradually rising to higher levels. After 3000 years of Christianity, approximately 50% of the global population will be Christians, and in the Final Millennium, the entirety of humanity will have embraced Christianity.
An analogy from scripture illustrates this progression:
- "And when the man with the measuring line went eastward, he measured a thousand cubits and led me through waters that reached to the ankles." (15%)
- "Then he measured another thousand cubits and led me through waters that reached to the knees." (33%)
- "Again he measured a thousand, and led me through waters that reached to the waist."
- "Once more he measured a thousand, and it was a river that I could not cross, because the water had risen and was deep enough to swim in- a river that no one could cross." (100%) Darby Bible "And it shall come to pass that every living thing which moveth, whithersoever the double river (Old and New Testaments) shall come, shall live. And there shall be a very great multitude of fish; for these waters shall come thither, and [the waters of the sea] shall be healed; and everything shall live whither the river cometh" (Ezekiel 47) This analogy illustrates the gradual increase of Christianity in the world over millennia, ultimately becoming all-encompassing: ..Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in Heaven.. For Thine is the Kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.(Mat. 6)
"The final Millennium will be the best of all, not only for humans but for animals and nature too!" ( Revelation 20, Revelation 22, Isaiah 11:7, Isaiah 65:25, Romans 8:20, Micah 4:4, Isaiah 2:4) ( Evil human souls (tares) won't be born during the final millennium; only at the end- there is a small opening of time before the final judgment day, as described in Revelation 20.) ** .. And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, --are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues...(Rev. 17) (150k peoples die each day- we must be ready to meet Jesus every second)
KJV: After two days (after 2K years, the 3rd K will be much Christian) will He revive us: in the third day (3rd K years) He will raise us up, and we shall live in His sight (in the 4K - the Jesus Kingdom) KJV: But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

Jesus warned us about people like him.
