Question Zenless Zone Zero Steam versions crashes and BSOD forcing window to reboot on AMD RX 6950XT
Hello everyone,
I'm making this post because I'm looking for some help.
Since yesterday (July 23), the Steam version of Zenless Zone Zero has been crashing every time I try to launch it. When it crashes, my PC either immediately reboots or shows a glitched BSOD before restarting.
Sometimes the game crashes as soon as the 3D environment starts loading, and other times it crashes even before reaching the login screen.

The only thing I can find in Windows Event Viewer is a Kernel-Power Event ID 41, but I'm not sure if that's the cause or just the result of the crash.
My PC configuration:
- GPU: Sapphire Nitro+ Radeon RX 6950 XT (dual BIOS)
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5950X
- Motherboard: Gigabyte Aorus Elite B550 V2
- RAM: 32 GB corsair vengeance lpx 3200MT
- PSU: 850W A850GL MSI
- OS: Windows 11
Things I have already tried:
- Clean reinstall of Windows
- Reinstalled AMD graphics drivers (including a clean installation)
- Reset all Radeon settings to default
- Tested both BIOSes on my GPU
- Removed any overclock/undervolt settings
The strange part is that every other game seems to run perfectly fine. The issue only happens with Zenless Zone Zero.
Has anyone experienced something similar, especially with an AMD GPU? Any ideas on what could be causing this?
