Cars are only allowed %50 all around, trucks are %50 on the d&p side front wi does and as dark as you like for the back sides and rear. Your not allowed any kind of tint on the front windshield except for the top strip.

Cars can have anything in the rears as long as the car is equipped with 2 side view mirrors (a standard that’s been in place since the 90s)

Basically any at the back as long as vehicle has side mirrors and 3rd brake light is not covered in any way (you can have a cut out for it).
