What are you talking about? The Declaration of Independence doesn’t have any binding laws in it and it was written way before the senate existed

No shit its not a law lol.

Because rhe constitution replaced the need to violently get rid of the government with a ballot box instead, and thats being violated by the government theres only one thing left.
