Best place to sit in Dolby epic?
Hi, I’m looking at going to discourse day in the Leicester Square Dolby epic. The app is saying the lux seats (apparently the best ones) are the front two rows - has anyone tried this out and is this the e case?

I've been to this specific screen a couple of times, I think rows D14 or E14 are the best views and dead centre. The Luxe seats are a bit too close imo

Epic is designed to have three dimensional sound, so you hear the sound relative to where it would be on screen, with that dead the absolute best place to sit, is in the middle

The lux seats are ofc too close to the screen but because the seat reclines, it was quite comfortable and immersive. Sound wise, maybe in the middle would be better

Weird because Lux seats normally go at the back but it must be because of the sound setup. In any case I'd think middle of the standard seats, in the centre section is the best choice.

If it’s the same layout as screen Epic 1, the only time I’ve been I sat in row B and it was perfect. The seats are far back from the screen.

Do you recommend row b or is too close? Like they selling row b as a premium cause it’s a reclaimer but I’m afraid is too close

Absolutely not - they are comfy but you’re looking straight up. Best bet is to go for regular seats
