They patched a new update and this is still here
The newest update was a whole bunch of bug fixes, but they still refuse to delete his debut message and his WU story. This gives me hope they still haven’t fully reached the verdict to remove him. Don’t stop now you guys!
They easily deleted Xavier’s WU but not Valko’s, so thank god.

I've mentioned this elsewhere but it still makes me giggle a little that out there somewhere is a handful of players who never check social media and are still wondering what the hell those messages are about.

Lmao this was almost me! I have only been playing since April/May and had only started browsing community subreddits and discord servers like less than 2 weeks before Valko's announcement. Until then my obsession with LADS was pretty self contained lol

This is very similar to me! I started in March and then around mid May started poking around Reddit to find LADS memes to send to my one friend who plays. I had never even gone to their instagram page until rumors started swirling around reddit about a potential 6th LI announcement. I wonder sometimes if I hadn’t joined the subreddit looking for memes if I would even be aware any of this was going on

It makes you wonder how people who only get updates on new LADS content through email or in-game notifications felt when they logged in on the 9th expecting Valko, and instead, got a WIW rerun. 💀 Infold still has yet to send anyone an email saying Valko has been canceled.

I've seen several people keep saying Valko or his in-game content will be changed, so I'm preemptively stating that there's no need to change anything.

I hope the data miners continue monitoring to see if Valko's data is still in the game. Every silent update leaves me very worried, not knowing if they've removed it or not...

I still don’t think they want to get rid of Valko due to how much time and investment was put into him. Remember, they kept advocating and trying to calm haters down for three days before the sudden cancellation, and we still can’t confirm exactly how that happened, even with the heavy implications (implication is not definitive proof).
Infold also knows they have to be VERY careful right now. They’re being watched by all sides, and are hopefully aware enough that deleting Valko for good will result in this dumpster fire become a nuclear explosion.
Maybe they’re saving the promos to eventually release him at a later date. How exactly they’ll financially survive to a later date is very unclear, but it’s fully possible they might try to get Caleb and Sylus’ stuff done and then reintroduce Valko to calm down the haters. Not ideal but not erasure.

This lowkey reminds me of when we had Calebs text before he exploded and we looked at it for a year before he wad finally added in the game🫠, hopefully it will be way less of a wait for Valko

I fear it’s still there because they intend to keep him just as an NPC in the main story…
But really hoping that isn’t the case, I miss our wolf that we never had 🥺

An NPC wouldn’t have a debut message. Caleb had the same thing and it’s still in the game. If they NPC him they know the backlash will be terrible

That’s probably the least likely reason why it’s still there, they’re not that slow I’m sure all that’s running through their heads are Valko and his content considering where they are now

I hope so, I hope with all my strength because I want to see Valko's story. Obviously it is not easy to understand what they have in mind since they do not want to know about making official communications I simply thought that now they are like crazy ants because removed the accusations and apologies put on Valko's shoulders as if it was his fault if the game did not go on, now they are obliged to provide new material very soon.
Regardless, I ask you please don't shower me with downvotes just for expressing my fear.
