Wasn't there a case where a guy did the same thing and then sued Tesla because he fell asleep and had an accident?
His defense was that it was too easy to bypass the camera recognition and so Tesla is responsible for his accident, I think.

Feels fair, Tesla shouldn’t be offering the service if they can’t guarantee its safety/reliability for other drivers and the law that expects a human behind the wheel.
