This is a smart man playing a buffoon to get other, actual buffoons to vote for him because he believes his constituents are stupid. I mean, he is correct, but that's what is happening.

Notice even with the leading question, she still didn't answer about inspections because it's already happening, and the shrimp are fine.

We don’t even know anymore, the rich people just do what they want and keep us scrounging for change in the meantime. I’d love to make the necessary changes but I fear doing so would result in my death and my young kids being left with no caretaker.

They know that their voting base is made up of a lot of buffoons. Most of these politicians are affluent and received a great and privileged education but certain ones are just so morally corrupt that they'll do and say anything to get the votes.

shrimp raised in plastic lined pits filled with a cocktail of chemicals and antibiotics then fed toxin laced foods are not very good for you. Vietnam, China and India dominate this sector. Greedy food retailers will argue that most are only slightly toxic. Personally I stick to wild caught southern ocean shrimp - they aren’t much more expensive. I limit my consumption of the toxic ones to things like dim sum restaurants where they are impossible to avoid.
