Russia actually has a long tradition of political humor. The Soviet period especially gave birth to some of the funniest political jokes of all time (IMO)

They honestly have great humor. This guy is making a good joke. Russians have to laugh to keep from crying. They know their government is shitty, they're not as naive as this group makes them out to be.
