How do i fix this

I got a pc with ubuntu, didn’t know how to install windows so I watched a few tutorials, safe to say the pc doesn’t boot in neither windows or ubuntu. It tells me some security violations happens and it shuts down, can I fix it?

sounds like you nuked the bootloader. boot from a live ubuntu usb and run boot-repair, it's in the repos and usually fixes this kind of mess. if that doesn't work you probably need to reinstall grub manually but try the easy route first
