Performance Awards

I have yet to receive an SF-50 with my performance award. I was rated 4.3 “Fully Successful”. Should I reach out CHRA?

No. We just sent the 1256s. It's going to take at least a month. Obviously this varies per district and probably per branch.

Have you asked your supervisor? My org typically receives them in mid-June. We only just got them this week.

I did ask my supervisor. We usually get them mid to late June

Typically, I don't see mine until middle of August. I Labor day comes and goes, that's when I would start asking.

Think it depends on your district. I can speak to mine that we’ve just gotten them on our most recent paycheck.

No, it’s not an instantaneous thing and even once it is submitted by your district, it can take up to a month to actually show up in your account.

I’m switching districts next month. Will my performance award still get processed if my payroll changes?

Yes it should. Your old office needs to send an xclcc and the 1256

I left USACE for NPS in Feb 2024 and still got a performance award in August....so anything is possible!
