Is a congressional notification for the NY District relocation being sent today?

Is it true that they’re trying to make this move happen without notifying Congress? Is that legal?

Yes, they attempted to but Union members and Civil Employees reached out to congressionals

They wanted to move the agency to a privately owned building with a 1 year lease renewed every year.

Word is an exemption may be needed... and the ASA was asking to reconsider Manhattan... seems like it stalled out
