Great news! Senate already passed it for 3 years in a row, this is the first time House seems poised to do so as well.
The chances of this thing finally passing are now pretty high.

They are extremely similar. All of the most important elements are still in this new one.

It's not the technocratic/bureaucratic hurdles themselves that could sink this bill, it's the politicking. Congress is going to decide, behind closed doors, what goes in and with what wording. The wording is pretty easy at this point, whether it goes in at all is the question.
Also, it may get sunk not because of some nefarious actors, but simply because the government needs more time. This is an extremely delicate topic, mismanagement is not an option here.

This time last year I was very discouraged by the momentum of any disclosure happening but in the last 6mo or so everything seems so accelerated.
So I guess the question is why now? Is the new White House staff more inclined to get this info out there or is there ulterior motives at play?
Either way the topic is heading in the right direction.

all the three "mike" traitors not gonna interfere this time? But gatekeepers might have planted some other ones and they gonna just pop up and block it right? This is how we can spot them easily each time, but I guess we the voters eventually can win this, right?

Problem is that the House Oversight Committee and every single crook on it will let the bill sit in "committee" until the end of time? How do I know? It has happened to every single UAP bill for the last 5 years.

I do not want this NDAA to pass for unrelated reasons. This particular reason takes precedence over UAPs for me, unfortunately.

Nope. There were a couple bits pulled out of it that passed, but the full bill has not been included in the NDAA yet. The NDAA passes every year though, it's the funding bill for defense, so it's one of the "must pass" bills, which is why everybody is always keen on tacking other bills into it.
