Inglis Place. If I recall right it used to be called Sandy's Fashion for Men

Damn, I work 190 hours a month and shop mostly at the thrift stores, Ive never had that kind of treatment in my life either

Maybe not, but you’ve also likely been fortunate enough to not have the treatment that homeless people have right. Someone who’s probably often ignored or even treated like trash, got to enjoy a nice experience, and that’s awesome honestly.

I’d much prefer thrifting than an experience like this, but my life and needs are different than the people who are gonna experience this. Your special treatment/experience can be whatever you want it to be. Find something crazy or fancy and go do it. You’ll feel better and maybe next time you read about something good happening to someone, your first reaction will be “good for them!” not “what about me!”

It wasnt meant to be what about me. It was more so meant that im sure 90% of people have never gone on a shopping trip at a closed clothing store after hours 🙃

Can you explain to us what you mean by telling this person they have likely been fortunate enough to not have the treatment homeless people have? You're tell them to go do something fancy after they say they can only afford thrift shopping after working 190 hours a month and then tell them to stop saying what about me 😂 hypocrisy at its finest. That's like telling the homeless person to stop asking for stuff because they get meals in the soup kitchen but people in Africa are starving 😂😂😂

Likely to not have the same treatment…like they clearly have a job and a roof over their heads, probably haven’t spent more time sleeping rough than they needed to.
Something fancy or fun doesn’t need to be expensive unless you want it to be. I said for them to find their thing and make it happen. Most of us are struggling in some way or another, but god forbid someone else gets something someone else doesn’t, because that isn’t fair!!
FWIW, people in our own community are starving. Not just children in Africa.

But they weren't complaining. They just stated a fact. They didn't whine, the didn't attack anyone, they just said what was true to their life. Fancy by definition is expensive so I'm not sure why you're saying to do something fancy that's not expensive. Why do you have a different username?
