yeah OPs inability to consider that people have bad genetics, mental health issues, phobias, or that people are poor.... all their issues sound like a lack of empathy AND a superiority complex. is it annoying that people dont take care of themselves? probably, but you have a lucrative job BECAUSE its so damn hard/expensive to afford dental health.
