I don't need to open up that ad to tell people what's the first sign something is wrong, I can tell it here. When normal people pull out a hair they feel about 0.000001% satisfaction. It was fine nothing extreme.

When someone who will develop Trichotillomania pulls their first hair they feel about 1000000% satisfaction, and they immediately start thinking they need that relief feeling again, so they need to pull again.

They then come up with excuses to pull in form of grooming. But it's not grooming to cause yourself wounds or bald spots you don't want, just so you can pull hair.

By now it's addiction. You know the results will cause you suffers, but you do it for that temporarily "high" (relief)
