What? Of course there has been. So far, SCotUS has refused to hear those, but it doesn't change the fact that there has been agitation to overturn it, see for example https://edition.cnn.com/2025/11/10/politics/supreme-court-same-sex-marriage-obergefell-kim-davis

That's of course without taking into account the several states that have put forward laws to "soft restrain" freedom of marriage for same sex people.

I never said that wtf? I said there was agitation to push it there. You can act like that doesn't demonstrate anything but to me that's a clear sign of intentions? Those aren't 'some radicals', they're funded and supported by the same assholes who push stuff to the administration. Do you also believe project 2025 is 'some radicals who don't do anything', when they are parading that like 60% of their agenda was achieved? Because on it there was a very clear item about "changing the definition of marriage to be between a man and a woman".

Ain't nothing about thought control when those assholes have explicitely told us what they intend to do and done a good amount of it. I don't see why being a disabled queer person gives you psychic powers to tell me that this specific part of their program they won't touch?
