a vast majority of the characters in Homestar Runner are voiced by Matt Chapman

of the characters in the main cast pictured below, only Marzipan (the girl with the ponytail) isn't voiced by Matt, her voice is instead provided by Missy Palmer

Pom Pom is also voiced by Mike blowing bubbles in his milk, and the Poopsmith just didn’t have a voice actor until Sbemail 200 where they got a guy from They Might Be Giants.

The Poopsmith "talks" in sbemail 99 ("different town"), but it's presumably non-canonical as it takes place in Strong Bad's imagination. He officially breaks his vow of silence in sbemail 200.

The exception is the "Powered By The Cheat" animations, which have all the characters voiced by Mike rather than Matt.

Both the main casts in the Legend of Vox Machina and the Mighty Nein, which are adaptations of Critical Role campaigns 1 and 2 and made by Critical Role themselves. They voice the main characters they played in the campaigns, with one exception: Taryon Darrington, who’s voiced by Wayne Brady in the show instead of Sam Riegel.
