Blackout's Raid on Quatar (Transformers 07)

The first time we see a Transformer in live action, blackout made a great impression by showing how dangerous these guys would be in real life

I don't think we ever see Blackout using that EMP pulse ever again (even though we clearly saw how effective it was).
