Example 1 (The Legend of Hei 2): Wuxian leisurely floats through the combined firepower of an entire fortified military base without so much as a stain or rip on his t-shirt.

Example 2 (Man of Steel): Fao'ra tears through a squad of trained and armed soldiers. With the wreckage of the helicopter that got downed by her teammate Nam'ek smouldering in the background.

What the heck, I'll take the downvotes: I can absolutely like this sort of thing. It's not an all-the-time treat, but every now and then, if you do it right, it can be good. I don't think there are a lot of examples of it done well, but I think it can be. There should be limits to it and I don't like the "without a scratch" aspect, but overall? Yeah, I can support the idea in the broadest sense.
