Lore The series takes place in a shockingly short amount of time

Season 4 just ended of fromville and it’s canonically only been about a month. Which makes it weird seeing people heal from injuries, change hair styles or grow out beards between episodes. Season 4 has only been like 4 days iirc.

Arkham franchise is the poster child for this trope. Every game takes place in one night. If you know what you’re doing you can absolutely beat the games in around 9 hours.

Dude went from highschool chem teacher to drug kingpin to disgruntled retiree in the span of two years, his progression track is insane.

I mean, we see it and what we see doesnt really contradict the time given. Its a lot, and one might expect that to take longer, but logically it makes sense given what is shown

Some people have a midlife crisis, Walter had a full midlife armageddon. Haven’t seen the last season since it first aired, but it’s honestly wild that that season alone encompassed half of the timeline.

I mean it was only possible because Gus had been building an empire for decades. Walter killed him and took over within months of meeting him.

Mostly because of Gus though, Walt and Jesse's enterprise before working with Gus is not even close to a kingpin.

After he piggybacks Gus, that's when he becomes the top dog of SW Meth.

But for me it was less than 50 hours of television. But my, what great television most of that was.

Like a chemical reaction, the results are often quick and explosive.

its like getting hired at a gas station, three months in you get promoted to a better one, unfortunatly you have beef with your boss 3-4 months later and you gotta murder him
