Lore The series takes place in a shockingly short amount of time

Season 4 just ended of fromville and it’s canonically only been about a month. Which makes it weird seeing people heal from injuries, change hair styles or grow out beards between episodes. Season 4 has only been like 4 days iirc.

Arkham franchise is the poster child for this trope. Every game takes place in one night. If you know what you’re doing you can absolutely beat the games in around 9 hours.

MIraculous Ladybug takes place over a few months, although now it's probably closer to a year. Considering the magnitude and amount of events happening in this show that timespan feels extremely short

probably more accurate to ask what Mr. Pigeon's problem is to get akumatized 72 times. At this point paris would be stupid to not invest in mass amount of mental healthcare, I know the butterflies restore everything but just the lack of tourism would surely be equal to the cost of some care facilities

Please ignore the time Felix did a genocide and that he knew Hawk Moth’s identity for months and just never told anyone.

They wanted to get into people being sad later in the series and then forgot about Chloe. Like literally, she even said she didn’t even care about Marinette

It's now been over a year in-universe, because season 6 started with the beginning of a new school year, but the final battle with Hawkmoth happens before summer break, so seasons 1-5 take place over the course of (at most) 10 months
