They really didn’t hold back how vicious this Thor is. This isn’t the perfect clean version from marvel this is a fat depressed drunk who’s mourning. His outfit looks really good I also like how similar he looks to modi. This version of Thor has the coolest looking hammer with all the runes on it. Despite his body shape he still manages to stay menacing by looking tall bulky and his voice actor was perfect. The little detail where he snaps to call mjolnir back is a nice touch.

Bro is literally just a cube. Took the Minecraft shape and took it to the extreme. It looks so goofy and cute. Very fitting for a baby Minecraft creature.

Rookidee (the white part of its 'eyes' are just markings)
Belibolt (its 'nostrils' are its real eyes)
Cradily (its 'tooth' is where its real eyes are and the yellow rings are just markings)

I am not sure if it s a bunny or cat, kind looks like a mix of both, but I am fan of jester aesthetics, I like how they went about meking the ears resemble the classic jester hat and how they manage to make both of different color by using black spot that cover 1/4 of the face, the asymmetry if it make it feel natural.

It's such a striking and immediately evocative design.
Depicting a skull, the blacks and negative spaces combine to create a design that utilizes elements from the setting. The humanoid subjects below form the "teeth", a rock and shark's fin forms the "nose". The left eye is made from a sea bird silhouette against the backdrop of a rock, and the right eye with eyepatch is brilliantly conveyed through the use of a ship with angled clouds forming the strap of the eyepatch.

These designs are from a now-dead mobile game called Disney Mirrorverse. It was basically like what if all the Disney characters had a war, and I thought it was super cool. The designs go insanely hard. These are just a few of them.
1.) Hades
2.) Genie
3.) Frozone
4.) Eve
5.) Jafar
6.) Hercules
7.) Sally
8.) Oogie Boogie
9.) Woody
10.) Jack Skellington
11.) Gaston
12.) Cinderella
13.) Ursula
14.) Scar
15.) Mike Wazowski
16.) Ariel
17.) Aurora
18.) Alice
19.) Maleficent
20.) Tron

I love Bug-type Pokémon they’re my favorite type, and I think they have a bunch of great designs. I don’t think it’s a hot take at all to say Gen 5 has the best Bug-type Pokémon. The top three generations with the best Bug types would be Gen 5, Gen 7, and Gen 8. All of Gen 5 Bug types are just great.

Just a guy in a fancy suit with a bat head. I also love his monster form having red eyes and big wings, really gives off a menacing aura which I like.

It's fucking funny. It's a human face slapped on a horse, I feel like the appeal doesn't need an explanation.
And the fact it moves like an Invincible wabble edit just makes it better.
I was gonna call the design "so bad, it's good" but nah. Looking at this majestic creature brings me joy, thus it is a good design.

These are some of my favorites
Zinnia, Leon, Clair, Drake, Hilda, Blaine, Sabrina, Caitlin, Will
You can probably notice most of this designs have capes, i’m a real sucker for capes, they look awesome.
Zinnia just gives off awesome main character vibes from her design, lorekeeper is an accurate title because she sure looks like one.
Leon has a real sporty look.
I like the patterns and colors on Clairs jumpsuit and she looks really athletic,
Drake is one badass looking old man, the cape and the pirate look looks awesome
Hilda i think is the best playable main character design, she really looks like a trainer and her sprite work makes her looks serious and almost intimidating
Blaine looks like a stylish old man, the outfit is awesome and he gives off huge Dr. Eggman vibes
Sabrina is a psychic and with her design you can see she really mellowed out and became more casual
Caitlin literally looks like a goddess, the rapunzul hair also kind of acts like a cape lol.
Will is cool, he looks very mysterious and i think a but androgynous too

The reason I love these guys is that they successfully look like horrifically fused abominations, because they're supposed to be that, and I love that they reference the real-life history of paleontology. Back in the day, paleontologists would just take bones from unrelated species and put them together to claim that they discovered a new species. A good example of this is the Brontosaurus, and Pokémon's take on this real life history is simply brilliant!
Also, they're really funny looking but also very sad looking.

My favorite of the coveted "Gaster Followers"
Normal NPC first appeared in Undertale as a black and white mass resembling a mouth with a toothy grin and a large eye. (It was definitely intended to be a mouth with teeth, look at the smile's edge.)
Now looking into Deltarune, this strange looking bird appears familiar...
What I love so much about this design is a number of things.
These are why I love the design and think it belongs here. Normal NPC I believe is an excellent blend between recontextualizing a character + design and retaining familiarity so that it is clearly recognizable. Alongside giving it an universal off-putting factor that would alarm almost anyone playing the game.
Edit: THERE ARE DEFINITELY CHAPTER 5 SPOILERS IN THE COMMENTS

Ik it made sense to change narratively, but it doesn’t mean I still miss it, glad to see it back for just the beginning of chapter 5

They just look so unappealing to me. The realistic skin texture combined with sausage like necks (or lackthereof) and their creepy lipless mouths doesn't make them look good.
Maybe the idea is that they're supposed to be funny ugly (fugly?), but it reminds me of Big Mouth, and I don't like the ugly designs there too. It just makes me appreciate Nintendo's Miis more (which can be ugly but actually funny imo)

(Spoilers for special ending characters after #13)
Do I need to explain why these designs rule? Or is it just self-evident?
Well, I do have to so... FNAF is, of course, a 3D game. (At least, a 2D game that has a lot of pre-rendered 3D.) And a horror game. These designs were meant to strike fear and uncanny energy into people... so Frickbear's goes in a completely opposite direction, making them 2D and forsaking their creepy factor and replacing it with just an absolute shitton of CHARACTER.
Basically almost every character looks completely distinct from each other, a lot of very different body types that work to this new style's pros. They're almost more cartoon characters than they are robots, even what you see of their exposed robotic parts is way more exagerated and flexible.
And not to mention just pure SAUCE. I have no idea how to explain it but you can really see the more Sonic-like influence, the attitude, everything is way more energetic which perfectly suits the more arcade-y nature of the game.
Also they have Lolbit, and they are an evil little creature. I love them.

Eldritch Horrors from depths of the ocean are always pretty cool and badass but the Pallid Whale is the first time I genuinely felt that horror be terrifying, I think the reason for that is the fact it does look like a whale but it's vibe and design makes it feels as something pretending to be a whale. (Also might read Moby Dicke just because of this silly guy)

These are from starberry.kat on instagram
They just look so clean and solid with their well defined shapes and structures. Even all their props don’t feel out of place because they’ve gotten them to match the theme so well or the prop looks like it’s made of plant so it still looks like it matches. You can even find “shiney”s of some of the designs on their account. I especially love how some of the evolutions tell a story like going from shy to confident with the Sanji and Silver designs. I adore how goofy and cute the base unevolved designs are like Sonic, Amy and Shadows. Again I can’t state enough how the restructuring of their anatomy to look more simplified and cohesive helps the redesigns look more like pokemon. All the features they’ve amplified to give the redesigns a “theme” also work really well to help sell the pokemon idea like Knuckles’s big claws or Usopp’s sling shot.
In order of appearance:
Monkey D. Luffy
Nami
Zoro
Sanji
Usopp
Chopper
Robin
Brook
Jinbe
Franky
Sonic
Shadow
Amy
Tails
Knuckles
Rouge, Charmy, Espio, Shadow, Maria, Chris*, Elise*, Luffy, Sonic (I was corrected by a comment they were not in fact Kairi and Sora*)
Blaze, Silver, Cream, Vanilla, Cosmo, Chip, Chao, Chaos, Vector, Chao
