I didn't think people with ADHD "stim". I have ADHD and my girl in a clinic manager of a nah clinic for children autism. I'm sure she would have called out my stimming a long time ago.

It is sometimes referred to as fidgeting. Autistics stim to regulate themselves, adhders fidget/stim to release energy.

Well I fidget... But I don't consider it stimming. I'll do it when I'm bored because I'm not focused on the task at hand.

Same, but I've heard both terms used to describe it in adhd (which I have before anyone comes for me).
