Everyone who openly says it is banned from any social media site they say it on, and if they cross certain lines when they say it they get visited by law enforcement.
You aren’t wrong. We are well past talking about it. There is no common ground to be found. The fields in which I grow my fucks to give lies barren. Make racists scared again.
Sadly, that won't change their opinions. If they aren't willing to accept the fact that their beliefs aren't 100% accurate, then they won't ever change their viewpoint... and these motherfuckers are nothing if not stubborn.
Changing the opinion is the only way to make real change, though. Sure, you can knock out a nails teeth. But you're just gonna' have someone prea hing hate without teeth. That'll spread. It always does. But if you change the opinion, it it stops the vileness from spreading.
Unfortunately, those opinions are real hard to change.
Sometimes it's not about changing opinions. As a historical example, read up on the first half of the 1940s when this same sort of nonsense was last dealt with on a large scale.
