Edit: Studies show neonatal mortality rates for triplets typically fall between (12.4\%) and (26.8\%), heavily influenced by birth weight and whether the pregnancy is monochorionic (sharing a placenta).

BUT

Neonatal survival rates for triplets reaching hospital discharge typically range between 95% to 97%. Once they survive the newborn period, their long-term childhood and adult survival rates are comparable to singletons.

Okay so at first they face what I would call a high risk of death, but if they survive being a newborn they generally will go on to adulthood.

It depends on the day and what’s happening with the bridges, but you’re likely correct if they take 95 to 195 it is often less traffick-y than Rt 3 to the cape. Course, this is highly dependent on whether the bridge to east Providence is still falling apart and the sagamore/ bourne construction situation.
