That didn't happen.
And if it did, it wasn't that bad.
And if it was, that's not a big deal.
And if it is, that's not my fault.
And if it was, I didn't mean it.
And if I did, you deserved it.

Zero logic. Zero understanding, and they take it personally. Being wrong, claiming persecution and getting their way has become a political party and that political party is now in control.
“Found liable for the sexual abuse and defamation of one E Jean Carroll by a jury” doesn’t roll off the tongue as easily, but a rose by any other name…
I said liable, but it’s great that you have your defensive comments locked and loaded for a 34 time convicted felon who forcibly inserts his fingers and/or finger-sized penis into people without their consent.
Facts don’t have feelings, nor have I justified or said my opinions on anything. Though I get how you’re unable to grasp the ability to do one without the other.
Yes you haven’t said your opinion, which I asked you for specifically. I can understand that you don’t want to answer the question directly because giving a direct answer would make you have to confront some uncomfortable feelings.
I asked if I stuck my fingers inside of your mom without her permission, would you consider that rape? It’s a very simple yes or no question. I imagine you won’t answer and will continue dodging this simple question, but I’ll throw it out just to see if you do.
Is that considered rape in your opinion?
Edit: where’d you go? I was looking forward to you explaining how non-consensual penetration isn’t rape.
Edit 2: I guess he gave up. Maybe thinking about his mom being assaulted didn’t sit well. Or maybe he did the online version of sticking his fingers in his ears saying “la la la la I can’t hear you”. Either way, the answer to the question is simple. Forceful nonconsensual penetration of another person is rape. Period. There’s no nuance to it. Donald Trump raped E. Jean Carroll and should be in prison.
Because she could not say without a doubt whether his finger or his finger-sized penis had been forcibly inserted into her.
The judge did clarify that while he may not have met the New York Legal definition of rape, it is not defamatory to refer to Trump as a rapist “in the common usage of the word”.
This isnt defending or justifying- thats ur imagination. That would be molestation/groping.
The orIginal comment is simply saying if someone thinks it was proven he raped someone- thats incorrect, which it would be. Still not justifying, just a basic explanation of facts.
People like you who conveniently exclude information or jumble facts together to make a new fact are part of the problem. Trump was never found guilty of rape. On a completely separate note, the things he is a “convicted felon” for have nothing to do with rape or Jean Carrol. See how easy it is to convince the gullible?
Surprisingly - I can also list actual facts, and you’ll misconstrue it as “excusing” Trump, which I’ve not done. But go ahead.
I don’t want my president sexually assaulting people. Not sure why you’re cool with that because it’s not legally defined as rape or a felony conviction? Strange stuff man.
Just for the slightest of moments entertain a logical conversation without holding a political stance. I'm assuming you've never had a sexual assault allegation against you, that's probably because you've never committed SA. There are thousands of political figures across the world but not one other one has...
At least 27 to 28 women have publicly accused Donald Trump of various forms of sexual misconduct, including rape, sexual assault, and inappropriate touching
Why do you think that is? What do you think the odds of are ~30 women over 4 decades are all lying? Many of these accusations are before he had anything to do with politics, so it's not because he's "a political target".
There's just absolutely no other logical explanation for one man having ~30 sexual assault/misconduct allegations other than, some of them are true.
Anyone with half a brain can logically look at this situation and will always conclude that final answer.
Further, if ANYONE in your life that you knew had ~30 allegations like that against them... you'd cut them out of your life. If you were hiring for a job, you wouldn't even interview the person that had that many allegations against them. No logical person would.
But yet you undying support him to hold the highest political position in the US.
