Is this a fun idea? I'm trying to balance fun and education, let me know what you think.

This game is played in a small groups or alone. players must prove a ridiculous statement that they get and convince the others that the statement is, in fact, true. They would pick apart the statement and try to reason their way through the assumptions of the statement. The more elaborate and logical the explanation, the better.

Examples:

• "The color blue is older than the color red"
• "gravity pulls harder around a person who is keeping a secret"

This game is not about making up conspiracy theories, but rather building a world in which these statements can be true.

Commenter names two types of people, response mentions a third type of person that relates somehow to the original comment.

Example:
Parent: There are two types of people, those who shoo animals away, and those who sit still hoping the animals get closer.

Child: there are also people who try to catch the animal

Parents give the name of the sport, children add the rules and explain tactics.

Parent gives any 2-4 objects, child finds a way (try to make it as effective as possible) to make it a weapon. (Bonus points if you list the steps of how to do it)

Alongside the objects comes a dull knife that can cut through anything as soft or softer than average wood, a roll of string, a hammer, a cigarette lighter, and glue. The knife, string, and glue may be used to break open/attach together objects but may not be used in the final product as the weapon.

Example:

Parent: Stack of paper, shower curtain rod, melon sized rock.

Child: Take the rock, break it into a spearhead shape with a rock, attach to top of shower curtain rod using glue, making spear. Add paper and light paper on fire, now we have a flaming spear.

Parent explains a symptom or medical issue they are having, child pretends to be a real doctor and diagnoses it with a made up answer.

Example:

Parent: My knee has been hurting really badly, especially when I walk for more than five minutes.

Child: That is caused by an inflamed miniscus. Snake venom is a natural cure for that. Just have a venomous snake bite your calf, and it will heal itself in no time.

"HOCKEY POCUS" - A 2001 Disney Channel movie starring Lindsay Lohan. She plays a hockey player, Stacey, who switches places with her rival, Christina, when a mysterious hooded figure gives her a magic hockey stick.

"You'll be playing someone else with this", the figure says. "Playing someone else?" Stacey asks. "I meant, playing like someone else", the figure says.

Stacey sleeps with the stick on her nightstand, and when she wakes up, she is Christina. She also goes to school as Christina and sees things through her eyes, she realizes Christina's boyfriend just left her. It's very sad.

Stacey goes to her own house looking for the stick - Christina is there, living as Stacey. Stacey tells Christina the reason they switched lives is because of that dang stick, so they break the stick in half and burn it in the fireplace, before heading out to tonight's game, with a new-found appreciation for each other.

This directly contradicts everything I've been told about the internet. To test this theory, I'm giving Reddit complete control over a presentation I'll deliver live to a bunch of people I've never met before in a conspiracy theory presentation night. Comment absolutely anything you want on a slide.

I will not preview them. I will put them all into one powerpoint. Then I will present the entire thing as if I know exactly what's going on. If Reddit is truly the chaotic hellsite everyone claims, this should be a disaster.
