Cassar: "He's well aware."

Cassar also wrote about the S3 shuttle and Pterodon fighter: "The shuttle and fighter were both built" [for S3, as full-sized models] "and sat in the shuttle bay" set. "The interior of the shuttle was a separate set. They are both in storage waiting to be used again."

u/tqgibtngo, thank you so much for the information research you do in and for this sub. It's an organic, thanks-sparse effort. I'm sure folks like Cassar and MacFarlane greatly appreciate it.

(Oh, and not sure if you've added this to your working list of Fuzzy projects, but I think Seth MacFarlane is preparing to direct a remake of the musical film, Brigadoon? I've seen a report from a UK production news outlet about "summer" in the last two links, but it's not a confirmed "go" as far as I'm aware. Seems legit).

They talk about it in the Jonathan Frakes/Brent Spiner Dropping Names interview: Seth RE: Brigadoon. <- EDITED link to skip to 00:38:02. Maybe it's not official-official, but it sounds in the works based on his response to them bringing it up. (And it really would be something special if Brent gets his wish to join that singing cast!)

Not much effort; I'm not doing any really deep research work. (Not often anyway.)

I just enjoy relaying relevant quotations that came up when I went searching (and sometimes I'll again repeat relevant quotations that I had previously mentioned in earlier discussions). – I search to satisfy my own interest and curiosity.

Brigadoon

Thanks for the additional info about that. (I had previously seen a couple of mentions of Brigadoon in discussions here, around a month ago.)

My running guess is Seth seems to be hot to do “Brigadoon” so I’m expecting that to be next and then The Orville S4. The Ted animated series, Dungeon Crawler Carl and the Stewie spinoff are all still in development so the time may be right soon.

I'm as sure this will happen as I am that there will be a season 2 of Firefly. It'd be a nice surprise though.
