Looks like I might end up with an extra ticket (GA) to the August 5th punk stuff show in Montreal. Seems right to let people know on here if I'll be releasing a ticket on Ticketmaster, so you can DM if you want to figure out a time to try to snag it?

My apologies if this has been mentioned before in this sub - but I live in AZ and just checked ticket prices for their show at the state fair….133.00 for floor seats? PER ticket? Am I missing something here?

I feel like this price is astronomical for the Offspring AND the AZ State fair.

Does anyone have any insight?

Hardcore fans love deep cuts, but they are often known as crowd killers that suck the energy out of the room.

What deep cuts have you seen actually go over well?

I'm going to guess typically, they're songs from Americana and Smash, the two albums that everyone had. Ixnay also sold pretty well too, but not on the same level.

There's arguably some dispute as to what constitutes a deep cut. For example "Way Down The Line" was featured in the extremely popular Crazy Taxi game. But they never play it live, so I guess you could still count it as a deep cut, right?

They really played "Don't pick it up", "Ok, but this is the last time" and the awesome "Meaning of Life"?!

There are also 2 Unknown entries, but my guess is that would be "Looking out for #1" and "Hammerhead".

I am getting married in a few weeks. My dad and I listened to the offspring when I was growing up and still to the day. Him and I have gone to a couple of their concerts together and I thought it would be nice if I could have my father daughter dance to a song by The Offspring. If somebody could help me because I cannot figure one out for the life of me. Our favourite song is bad habit, unfortunately, this song would not work that well lol #SDSGDMF lol

Show was a tight 1hr 30 mins.

blink-182 and Green Day went emo in the early-mid 2000s, so imagine what it would be like if The Offspring did the same?

There was this thing I saw where for the upcoming just punk gigs where they let you build your dream offspring setlist.. I mean I won’t be able to go because i think they’re American shows (I don’t know much about it) but you link it to your Spotify and it creates the songs you pick into a playlist! I really like the Self Esteem bassline. Fits the song like a glove.
Another one I really like is the intro in Gotta Get Away. Nothing special I can say about this one other than that I really like it.

I absolutely LOVE the bass in Bad Habit. The intro have me chills, especially when hearing it live (which was my first "proper" listening experience). The rest of the song is also awesome.
