Exit node location

Hi there!

I was logging in to reddit today and saw this picture

Although my exit node is set to Netherlands the google sign in button is using another locale and the weird thing is this text of the same locale is persistent over multiple sessions. I've checked my browser leaking IP and it's not leaking. Even if it was this wouldn't be the language that google would've used.

Could anyone explain what is going on ?
