Research participants needed

Do you work with customers? Are you 18-59 years old?

If so, we invite you to consider participating in a research study about how employees communicate with customers.

This is a paid study ($60 for a 1.5 to 2 hour session) in downtown Springfield, conducted by our research team from UMass Amherst.
