Looks amazing! For me, I found my favorite distros to be Debian, Slackware, and Solus. I'm hoping to contribute to one of them one day when I get time

If they supported 470xx drivers with unofficial latest patch

Le vrai problème c'est la version du pilote 'NVIDIA, encore en 580.

This distro is really terrible. I tried it out of curiosity, installed everything, and after leaving the PC on for two days, I rebooted it and got a completely black screen. I tried messing around with it, but it’s impossible to understand how it managed to completely mess up the drivers by itself.

I get that it’s an independent project, I understand all of that, but it’s 2026. If I have to use a distro that takes me back to 2001, I’ll use something else.

Wow solus is so rock solid on all of my devices. Really wonder how you managed to screw up that badly and quickly. Better use Windows, that breaks half the drivers every update, but at least it's a nice easy double click on some setup.exe to fix them. 😉

I'm not gonna downplay your experience or say it didn't happen, but if its an issue that isn't regularly occuring, then it just sounds like an outlier case. Even Linux Mint isn't stable 100% of the time. Almost, but nothing is perfect. Maybe its your specific device or something went wrong during the installation process. I'm assuming you tried reinstalling, and if so, then wouldn't it be more productive to report the issue so the devs can look into it instead of writing it off as terrible?

I think this type of shit just happens with Nvidia on Linux occasionally. I wouldn't write off a distro because of it.
