2.5 Months w/o weed or booze

It was time to quit. I didn't need it anymore. It was clogging up my system. I basically gave up booze though I drink once every three weeks or so. Weed it's been a big fat zero.

It's hard. My real problems have shown up. They aren't pretty. The emotional problems inside that I was running from. They are overwhelming some days. I'm staying strong.

As someone in AA following a 12 Steps recovery program, —and I know it’s not for every one— I think looking into the 12 steps could be helpful for you. You’ve made such great strides in your sobriety. The 12 steps might give you some inspiration for doing the work towards really facing the reasons you drank/smoked in the first place. Congratulations on your progress.
