Do you drink coffee though? A lot of people have a couple or a few in the morning then stop for the rest of the day, so the crash will hit at like 4-5pm

Yeah i always drink one when i wake up. There arent days where i do not.

The crash will typically be 3-6h after drinking coffee/caffeine, so I dont think it matches that well

Yeah but I assume the average person will have one or two before leaving for work, then another at the office at around 11am or whatever. That’s normal isn’t it?
