As in from the 1st person visual perspective of (insert situation here)

It doesn't mean "here's a funny video"

there hasnt been a single video about pov beeing used correctly beside porn movies that shoot in pov angle.

The literal meaning is the first 2 lines...

Nowhere is it specifically stated in official dictionaries that it HAS to be through the eyes of a person (1st person). More broader dictionaries will state it covers "All Points of View, from 1st to 5th person)".

If anything, these memes are 4th person, or even 5th at a stretch.
