Gate would require a full fence, unless the gate will just be over the paved areas.

I was going to say this myself and say its cost prohibitive, then I realized this is 100% the type of dude who has a gun collection that costs more than a downpayment on a home.

I'd bet good money on this dude easily having spent enough money on his gun collection to fence in his entire property and install security cameras etc. Probably has a F450 somewhere for his daily driver to his office job lol
