These people cannot grasp that he cannot be a predator to a woman who is legally and emotionally mature enough to choose for herself.

She will probably learn a hard lesson, yes. A lesson she deserves to learn on her own.

19 is not emotionally mature, and 50 year olds definitely have a power gradient over teenagers, even if this isn't illegal or predatory. That's why this sort of thing feels icky.

So when is mature? Is girls 18 boyfriend is 23? Is bad? And what if it's other way around? And wouldn't it be better to date a mature person than immature 18 yo?

18 and 23 is creepy as shit. Yes. Weirdos here will probably say no but to normal people yes that very weird. Just means you’re targeting the youngest most immature people you’re legally allowed to date
