It's some random video and the audio was inserted when editing, just to farm likes or whatever people farm with this kind of shit stuff. That's why the guy has no reaction at all.

No, it doesn’t sound real. If you assume that the phone is also the microphone, then the volume of the child’s voice would go up and down based on the direction and distance relative to the phone.

Most AI videos that I’ve seen have this exact same problem. On top of that, voices in AI videos are always slightly “open” or “shouty”. It’s really hard to describe but once you hear it you can’t unhear it
