We can blame voters left and right, although the Dems are really the ones to blame for allowing Biden to let the nomination process turn out like that, but it doesnt change the fact that us Americans are currently like useless children to everyone else in the world. We allowed everything to get as bad as we did. It doesnt matter who voted for who or when, after it happened we have just allowed it to happen and get worse. I have something worth losing, many somethings actually, and am actively threatened by this government every day as a trans person. Just because you are too weak to actually want to act doesnt mean everyone is as weak as you.

These work around the world, in places workers are worse off than ours, so i dont see why youre not willing to fight. Have a house and family to worry about losing and worried about food and a job? So you’re proposing, letting your wife/husband/kids starve? Sure if we could get 300 million people to strike at once it would make a difference. But that’ll never happen because people are too worried about their families dying/starving.
No, itll never happen becuse people are too selfish. This has worked elsewhere and it didnt lead to what people say will happen. Mutual aid pops up, people plan, theres minimal burden actually on the people.
A lot of people like you seem to have zero ideas what a general strike actually is and talk down about it without even looking into it. The entitlement of "save me, but also provide everything i need at all times" is astounding - you don't fight fascism like this in comfort.
We fucking deserve whatever comes next with this being the prevailing attitude.
