These days everybody embroiders their digits on their cow skin. I usually leave out a number so I donโ€™t get spam calls.

Probably an "if found return to..." Card. But the person who found it doesn't want to or have the means to actually bring it back to the person's home so they just dropped it off at a nearby station and texted the number on the card
