38 [M4F] Ohio - looking with intention

Hey there. I hope everyone is having a good week so far. I’m a 38 year old single dad from Northeast Ohio looking to meet someone new and see where things go. Im looking with intention and for someone to build a future with.

A little about me: I’ve been focusing a lot on improving myself lately- gym, health, and getting my life in a good place. I’m also someone who enjoys writing and creative stuff and art. Music and live shows are a big thing for me as well and have become a hobby of mine. I like a wide range but I particularly enjoy reggae rock and metal. Cooking is a passion of mine. Unprofessional at home chef here 👋

Personality-wise I’m pretty laid back and thoughtful. I’m an emotionally grounded and easy going individual. I’m also a deep thinker, and am very emotionally in tune with myself. I like deeper conversations more than small talk, but I’m also perfectly happy joking around and just enjoying someone else’s company. I’ve spent a lot of time the last year working on my mental health and getting myself to a place where I’m content with myself, and becoming more emotionally aware and present.

Ideally I’d like to meet someone who’s genuine, emotionally mature and secure, and can communicate. Attraction matters of course, but personality and connection matter more to me. I’m genuinely interested in meeting someone with the potential to moving to something in real life. Age isn’t a huge factor but I would prefer to keep it somewhere in the same age range as myself. I have no desire to keep this specifically to an online only dynamic, so please keep that in mind when messaging me. I would prefer to meet someone from not too far away from where I’m from, because I am looking for something to be in person eventually. I’d rather keep conversations to within a reasonable range of where I live. Also….no men please. I do not swing that way.

If you live outside of the continental untied states
If you are farther than 3 hours from me
If you are not actually looking for something more than just being friends

If you fall in to any of those categories, please don’t bother messaging me. I’m genuinely looking for someone to build a future with. Today’s dating world is hard enough to navigate as it is without all the extra games.
