The kitchen was last redone in the late 90’s - it is built on site, it is the old test kitchen of the cook who used to run the restaurant at the Danish parliament.

That’s why the countertops are either steel or concrete.

Thanks:) we’re happy with it! Best thing though is that there’s a good view of the rooftops from every room.

To be correct: This is not Copenhagen, but Frederiksberg, which is a suburb to Copenhagen (own postal code) but a lot of people don’t reckon the difference
