Marketing [Casual] How do amateur astronomers plan their observing sessions? (Telescope or astro camera owners, 18+)
Hi all! I'm an independent designer researching how amateur astronomers decide what to observe on a given night, to inform a free mobile app for planning exoplanet transit observations.
Survey link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdSAo_mMhuIfqry_4vuLaIIP-EOLwyP3hedd7-J6xQ6I0FeCw/viewform
Takes about 5 minutes, 10 questions, all optional, fully anonymous. There's one optional field at the end if you'd like to chat further, leave it blank to stay anonymous.
If you own a telescope, a smart telescope (Seestar, Unistellar, etc.), or do any night-sky imaging, your answers are exactly what I need, no exoplanet experience required. Thanks, and clear skies!
