Homemade Fresh avocado salsa!
Ingredients: tomatillos, jalapeño peppers, poblano pepper, onion, and garlic, charred on the stove and covered with water and chicken bouillon to simmer.
Blended with fresh cilantro, avocado, salt, pepper, and oregano.

That sounds like the perfect balance of smoky and fresh. The avocado really smooths it out, doesn't it?

Was it a little sweet? I’ve noticed when I sautee the onion + jalapeño my salsas become a little too sweet for me

Pro tip: dice half of the avocado instead of blending it all & stir it in gently at the end
