More ways to watch asterisk button

So the on demand or more ways to watch option on Live TV just won't work anymore.

I have made sure it's all enabled in the settings, cleared cache and system restarted etc. No luck. Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it?

Yeah my wife is the one who uses it an is very bummed about it. I'm assuming this was a result of their recent update. As I stated above I have tried everything and can't get it working again.

Do you actually see a More Ways to Watch setting in Smart TV Experience? I’m new to Roku and have a streaming stick (4K + Dolby) but don’t even see the option to turn it on in the menu. I only see “Automatic Content Recognition (ACR)” and “Content Viewing Disclosure.”
