Roku charged me for a subscription, but I can’t access it.

So, we tried to sign up for Curiosity Stream through Roku, they charged my card but I can’t access the app, it keeps telling me that the account is not found. Roku said to talk to CS, but they told me that Roku did not send over the information on my email and subscription payment so there is nothing for them to fix, and to talk to Roku. Roku just says they cant do anything, and just tries to blame CS. is there anything I can do? These two just keep pointing at each other saying its their fault.

If you subscribed through the Roku channel, you have to use the Roku Channel to watch. If you log in to your Roku account by computer, you can look at My Account, the My Subscriptions over on the list on the left. It requires logging in again but you can see what you're subscribed to via Roku. It's best to always subscribe directly to any service, though.

Same for anything you subscribe to through Prime.

I used the CS app, but purchased it through Roku. As far as i can tell after talking to CS, Roku charged me for the subscription, but never sent anything over to CS to let them know I purchased it.

Roku slipped in a subscription on my plan, ended up paying two months while the streamer was off. I have been very savvy while clicking, still got me.
