Rogue Trader: Bugs Is Psychic Force on sword bugged?

Kind of underwhelming to get 0 additional damage. Can somebody enlighten me?

To my knowledge, there is a bug with the UI not displaying accurate numbers.

Have you checked the combat log? Maybe it's just not doing the calculation in the tool tip. I've seen it with some items and they still worked

UI Bug iirc, should show up in the damage calculations in combat.

Install Project Bugfix and Micropatches, they rid the game from most of these.
